Monroe Consulting Group, an Executive Recruitment firm, is partnering with an organisation in the Consumer sector to hire a Marketing Manager in Bandung. The role focuses on leading brand growth, strategic positioning, and delivering strong commercial performance across a portfolio of F&B brands.

You will develop and execute brand strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive market differentiation through consumer insights, campaigns, and performance analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Brand Management within F&B or FMCG.
• Experience managing multi-brand portfolios across categories.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive brand strategies across multiple brands, ensuring clear positioning and differentiation to strengthen market presence and growth.
• Own brand identity and consistency across all consumer touchpoints, including visual identity, tone of voice, and overall customer experience.
• Lead end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns from concept development through execution and performance evaluation, leveraging data to optimize reach and conversion.
• Conduct market, consumer, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for the new product development pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial and Growth teams to align brand strategies with business objectives, revenue targets, and overall commercial performance.
