Monroe Consulting Group, an Executive Recruitment firm, is partnering with an organization in the Consumer sector to hire a General Manager - Indonesia (QSR/F&B Market Entry & Operations). This opportunity is based in Indonesia and offers the chance to lead the launch, operational establishment, and nationwide expansion of an international QSR/F&B brand.

Lead the market entry, launch, and operational development of the brand in Indonesia, ensuring successful establishment and sustainable growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in F&B/QSR or multi-site operations.
• Senior operations leadership experience (GM, Head of Ops, or equivalent).
• Experience launching an international F&B/QSR brand in Indonesia preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end market entry and launch of the brand in Indonesia.
• Develop and implement the Indonesia operations strategy aligned with global standards.
• Oversee new store openings, staffing, training, and pre-opening readiness.
• Ensure SOPs, food safety, service quality, and customer experience are maintained.
• Drive P&L performance, sales growth, labour and food cost control.
