Job summary

PT Industri Jamu Dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk is seeking a Head of Modern Trade to oversee end-to-end management and development of our Modern Trade business in Indonesia. You will craft and implement strategies to drive sales, growth, and profitability and lead the KAM team to deliver sustainable performance.

The role requires a deep FMCG background, strong P&L management, and proven leadership in Modern Trade and Key Account Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, Commercial, or Modern Trade within FMCG.
• Proven senior leadership experience at General Manager level or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in Modern Trade and Key Account Management.
• Proven experience in P&L management, business planning, and profitability management.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Modern Trade strategies to achieve sales, growth, and profitability targets.
• Manage the P&L of the Modern Trade business and develop P&L simulations.
• Lead, direct, and develop the KAM team to maximize business performance.
• Analyze market trends, customer performance, and opportunities to support decisions.
• Manage trade promotions and commercial budgets to optimize profitability.
