PT. Sukanda Djaya is a leading Indonesian FMCG distributor specializing in sales, marketing and distribution of refrigerated products. The company serves modern trade, retail, wholesale and healthcare sectors with premium imported goods and house brands.

We seek a skilled Key Account Manager to manage modern trade channels, build strong customer relationships, and drive joint business planning and promotions across Jakarta and Bekasi. The role requires 3+ years in FMCG KAM and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management within FMCG (Food & Beverage).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing Modern Hyper Super channels.
• Strong understanding of modern trade dynamics and retail operations.
• Deep expertise in Key Account Management and Joint Business Planning.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta & Bekasi area.

Responsibilities

• Deal and build good relationships with Modern Trade Channel, Buyer, or Store Manager.
• Arrange and negotiate business plans involving trading terms for each key account.
• Regularly visit Modern Trade channel to ensure product availability and distribution to key accounts.
• Monitor, analyze and report sales achievement in modern trade on a regular basis.
• Develop effective promo plans and execute with strong teamwork.
