Job summary

The role oversees SAP and non-SAP enterprise architecture, system development, integration, and implementation, while guiding incident management and cross-functional collaboration with vendors and business units to drive continuous IT improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and evaluate the IT Core System team across SAP, non-SAP applications, network, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Ensure stability, availability, performance, and security of core IT systems and infrastructure.
• Oversee SAP and non-SAP enterprise architecture, system development, integration, and implementation.
• Manage IT incidents and ensure timely resolution to minimize business disruption.
• Coordinate with business units, vendors, and technology partners to support business operations and objectives.
