Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a senior IT leader to drive delivery of digital banking applications from planning to live deployment. You will coordinate across engineering, product, security, business, and operations while ensuring quality, security, and stability. Coaching and developing the team will be a core focus.

Ideal candidates bring a minimum of ten years in software development and SDLC oversight, with experience in IT managed services or digital banking being highly valued.

Qualifications

• S1 degree in IT, IS, CS or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Software/Application Development.
• Experience managing end-to-end SDLC.
• Experience in IT Managed Service, Banking or Digital Banking industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, Security, and Operations to ensure quality, security, and stability of digital banking applications.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching and people development.
• Lead Application Development team for platform management.
• Manage project delivery and stakeholder management.
• Oversee technology and architecture decisions.
• Manage people and team performance.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science or related field
