Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
10+ years in IT/ Digital Transformation.
5+ years in managerial roles such as Head of IT, IT Manager, IT Director, Digital Transformation Manager, or equivalent.
Proven track record leading digital transformation and enterprise technology initiatives.
Experience managing cross-functional technology projects involving multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company’s IT & Digital Transformation Roadmap aligned with business strategy and priorities.
Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve productivity, efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
Establish technology priorities, architecture, standards, and implementation roadmap.
Act as a strategic technology advisor to senior management and business leaders.
Lead the transformation of manual and fragmented processes into integrated and automated digital workflows.
Work closely with business functions to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Drive business process standardization before and during system implementation.
Ensure technology solutions are designed around business requirements rather than technology alone.
Lead the implementation, enhancement, and integration of key business systems, including ERP, HRIS, Manufacturing / Production Systems, PPIC & Inventory Systems, Finance & Accounting Systems, Warehouse Management Systems.
Ensure systems across functions and business units can exchange data effectively.
Evaluate and select appropriate technology platforms, vendors, and implementation partners.
Establish a data-driven organization through effective data governance, BI, analytics, and management reporting.
Develop executive and operational dashboards to support faster and better decision making.
Identify opportunities for automation using workflow automation, RPA, AI, low-code/no-code platforms, and other emerging technologies.
Ensure data quality, accessibility, security, and integrity across systems.
Ensure reliable, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure to support business operations.
Establish appropriate cybersecurity, information security, access management, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices.
Develop and implement IT policies, SOPs, governance frameworks, and technology standards.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal company policies.
Lead major technology and digital transformation projects from business case development through implementation and post-implementation review.
Establish project governance, milestones, deliverables, risk management, and performance indicators.
Manage IT budgets and technology investments with a strong focus on ROI, business impact, and total cost of ownership.
Manage relationships with technology vendors, consultants, and strategic partners.
Build and lead a high-performing IT and Digital Transformation team.
Develop the capability of IT professionals and establish clear roles, responsibilities, performance expectations, and career development.
Lead organizational change and user adoption during digital transformation initiatives.
Build a culture where IT is viewed as a business partner and transformation enabler, rather than only a support function.
