Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a proactive IT leader to shape infrastructure strategy and drive system development for travel and tourism tech. You will oversee networks, servers, data security, and cloud systems while coordinating with GDS providers and airline partners to ensure seamless integration.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT and at least 3 years in IT management within travel/e-commerce, with strong knowledge of GDS systems, CRM/ERP, and API integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of IT management experience in travel, airline, or e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, Travelport, etc.).
• Experience in Online Booking Systems, CRM, ERP, or Travel Reservation Platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Network Systems, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, and API integrations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to work across departments and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IT strategies aligned with business needs.
• Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, data security, and cloud systems.
• Develop IT policies to ensure operational efficiency and data security.
• Oversee and maintain GDS and airline/ticketing systems for seamless integration.
• Manage operation of booking platforms, websites, mobile apps, and CMS.
• Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place to protect company data.
• Handle troubleshooting, maintenance, and system upgrades as needed.
• Analyze business needs and propose technology-driven solutions to enhance customer experience.
• Manage software development or integration to support business operations (CRM, ERP, Online Booking Systems, API integrations).
• Optimize customer engagement via AI, data analytics, and cloud computing.
• Lead and mentor the IT team; coordinate with GDS providers, airline partners, and travel tech vendors.
• Manage IT budget and ensure tech investments add value to the business.
