Job summary

PT Hokkan Deltapack Industri is seeking an experienced HRGA Head to lead end-to-end HR and general affairs in our manufacturing operations across Indonesia. You will manage recruitment, payroll, HR administration, employee relations, development, asset maintenance and pest control programs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Law or related field, at least five years in a supervisory HRGA role, strong leadership, Indonesian Labor Law knowledge, and excellent analytical and

Minimum 5 years experience as HRGA Head or Supervisor in manufacturing company

Proven experience managing end- to- end HR & GA functions ( recruitment , payroll & HR administration, employee & industrial relations, development, asset maintenance) and Pest Control

Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and HR best practices

Strong leadership and communication
