Job summary

PT SEKZA HAMKAT YOUZA in Bali is seeking a Senior Media Buyer & Growth Lead for E-commerce acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google and Snapchat. You’ll start solo with the founder and progressively recruit and lead a team as brands and markets expand.

You will own day-to-day accounts, optimize budgets, scale winners, and build a data-driven expansion playbook for foreign markets as the group grows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years buying media for DTC e-commerce brands.
• Expert on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads; solid on Google Ads; Snapchat is a plus.
• Has launched at least one new country, brand or market, or can show a structured plan for doing it.
• Has trained or managed at least one junior, or can show you are ready to

Responsibilities

• Own Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google accounts daily: budgets, bids, structures, audiences, placements, exclusions, pacing against a monthly envelope.
• Scale winners with discipline and cut losers fast using real order data as the source of truth.
• Prepare and execute the peak-season plan with budgets that multiply by five in six weeks.
• Build granular segmentation of customers and campaigns and structure accounts around it.
• Own reporting: daily/weekly performance by channel, campaign and segment; ensure tracking health.
• Expand the market: identify and open new audience pockets inside France and abroad.
• Launch acquisition for new brands and websites as they go live; build a global acquisition strategy.
