Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Ads / Performance Marketing.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Google Ads experience is highly desirable.
• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion tracking, and attribution.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Experience with e-commerce or consumer brands is an advantage.
• Experience with beauty, skincare, haircare, or FMCG brands is a plus.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, funnels, and creative testing.
• English is a must, both written and spoken.
• Willing to work full-time, on-site in Bali.

Aufgaben

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Manage advertising budgets and optimise spending based on performance.
• Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and revenue.
• Develop and test different audiences, creatives, copy, offers, and campaign structures.
• Manage retargeting, remarketing, lookalike, and customer acquisition campaigns.
• Analyse campaign and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
• Work with the creative team to develop and test high-performing ad creatives.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to improve traffic-to-purchase conversion.
• Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and implement optimisation strategies.
• Stay updated with advertising platform changes, trends, and best practices.
