Job summary

Wina Holiday Kuta is seeking a maintenance supervisor in Bali to oversee maintenance activities for buildings, landscapes, vehicles and related facilities. • Manage maintenance activities for upkeep of buildings, landscapes, vehicles and offices and related facilities; ensure mechanical and electrical machineries are in good working condition through efficient maintenance programmes.
• Advise management on technical matters and ensure the maintenance department runs smoothly.
• Plan, implement and administer energy management programmes, maintenance records and report regularly to Management.
• Ensure effective operations of all mechanical and electrical systems and equipment by implementing and managing preventive maintenance.

Job description
