Job summary

Bitera DC is seeking a skilled facilities technician to operate and maintain critical building systems in Jakarta Timur, Indonesia. The role involves monitoring BMS/EMS, responding to alarms, and performing troubleshooting to ensure uptime.

You will support preventive and corrective maintenance, review SOP/MOP/EOP procedures, and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams on maintenance projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain critical facility systems including power, cooling, and supporting infrastructure
• Monitor BMS/EMS and respond to alarms, incidents, and abnormal conditions
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for facility-related issues
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure uptime
• Review and support implementation of SOP, MOP, and EOP procedures
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for maintenance and projects
