• Diploma or Bachelor in engineering or equivalent.
• 2-3 years experience in building maintenance or facilities operations.
• Strong understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
• Proficient in MS Office, skilled reporting and maintenance checklist.
• Detail oriented problem solver with strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Carry out preventive maintenance programs to improve facility machine uptime.
• Support servicing and maintaining facility machines such as washing machines, RO systems, chambers and chiller tanks.
• Inspect/repair equipment to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Check, test and maintain safety equipment such as fire extinguishers and alarms.
