The role requires 7–10 years in engineering or facilities management, with 3–5 years in a senior leadership position, and a strong track record in budgeting and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or related field).
• 7–10 years in engineering or facilities management, including 3–5 years in a senior role such as Chief Engineer.
• Proven leadership, budgeting, project management and team development experience.
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, safety compliance, emergency procedures, and engineering operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering department, ensuring all work across allocated outlets meets the highest standards and the safest possible environment.
• Ensure all engineering works, safety procedures, and emergency protocols meet industry standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Manage the engineering department's budget, including maintenance, repairs and capital projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, service providers and local authorities.
