Job summary

BaliSuperHost is seeking a professional and experienced Head of Maintenance to support our engineering operations and ensure the highest standard of property maintenance across our units.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, supervising preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring all building systems operate safely and efficiently. The role requires strong leadership, English fluency, and a background in civil/mechanical engineering.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (hospitality/property experience preferred).
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of building systems and preventive maintenance.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support the Operational Manager in overseeing daily engineering and maintenance operations
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure optimal system performance
• Ensure all building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems, function efficiently and safely
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the engineering team
• Monitor maintenance schedules, reports, and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and operational standards
