Potato Head Bali invites an Assistant Chief Engineer to support the Chief Engineer across hotel engineering, maintenance and energy management systems, ensuring HVAC, electrical, plumbing and safety perform quietly behind the scenes.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on guiding the engineering team, shaping preventive maintenance, energy efficiency and capital planning, while coordinating with contractors and cross‑departmental teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering.
• Certifications in HVAC, Electrical safety (K3), or boiler operations.
• Experience leading engineering teams in luxury hotels or large resorts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Lead and develop the engineering team while upholding safety and quality.
• Drive energy-saving initiatives and manage maintenance budgets.
• Own urgent technical issues, contractor coordination, and safety audits.
