Job summary

Potato Head is seeking an experienced engineering leader to oversee daily operations and maintenance priorities across our Bali properties, ensuring safety, reliability, and adherence to standards.

You will manage routine, corrective, and preventive maintenance, balance service quality with budget, and take ownership of engineering issues, coordinating across departments to deliver timely solutions using EMS or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical education or training in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant engineering or maintenance experience
• Strong technical knowledge of engineering systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, and safety compliance
• Proven ability to manage priorities, guide teams, coordinate across departments, and work with EMS or similar systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily engineering operations and maintenance priorities to keep systems safe and reliable
• Manage routine, corrective, and preventive maintenance while balancing budgets
• Take ownership of engineering issues, coordinate solutions across departments, and ensure timely follow-through through EMS or similar maintenance systems
• Guide and develop junior engineers and maintenance staff with strong communication and readiness
