Job summary

PT Simbadda Group Indonesia seeks a seasoned leader to oversee end-to-end factory operations including production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse in Jakarta. You will drive planning, scheduling, and manufacturing optimizations to meet delivery commitments and quality expectations.

The role requires 8–10 years in electronics manufacturing operations with 5+ years in management, and a strong track record in Lean, 5S, Kaizen and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead factory operations including production, PMC, engineering, QC, maintenance and warehouse.
• Ensure output meets delivery schedules, quality standards and productivity targets.
• Manage electronics manufacturing processes: assembly, testing, packaging, final inspection.
• Monitor efficiency, line balancing, yield, downtime and labor productivity.
• Implement quality systems and ensure SOP compliance with international standards.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Product Development and Commercial teams for planning.
• Drive continuous improvement via Lean, Kaizen, 5S, OEE and cost reduction.
• Oversee preventive maintenance to ensure machine reliability and minimize downtime.
• Analyze KPIs to improve factory performance and profitability.
• Ensure workplace safety and EHS compliance across the factory.
• Lead manpower planning, team development and performance management.
• Support automation, ERP implementation and digital manufacturing transformation initiatives.
