BizLink Group in Batam, Indonesia seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee product engineering and manufacturing activities, ensuring that products meet quality standards, schedules, and cost objectives. You will lead the Product Engineer team KPI(s) and collaborate across the organization.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on electronics manufacturing experience (wire harness), and fluency in Indonesian and English.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronic / Industrial / Manufacturing).
10+ years in manufacturing electronics, especially wire harness.
Engineering Manager experience; Product Engineer Manager is a plus.
Fluent in Indonesian and English; Mandarin a plus.
Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

To manage the overall Product engineer team KPI(s) and corporate KPI(s).
To be involved in component and material supplier evaluation.
To assist customers with product engineering issues.
Supervise the Product Engineers and Technicians of the department to complete their given assignments.
To supervise Product Engineers in preparing new project management.
Authorized to amend the documentation information if found incorrect from the customer drawing /specification.
Any other duties as requested by the superior from time to time.
