Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of management experience in relevant industries.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee production and delivery in full, on time, and in specifications required by customers.
• Lead staff with P&L oversight and drive operational excellence.
• Establish and communicate Business Unit goals and assignments.
• Define and execute programs aligned with strategic plans and annual goals.
• Review KOIs with executives monthly and business reviews with customers.
• Direct activities in purchasing, production control, planning, and manufacturing.
