Responsibilities

• Assess/diagnose areas needing improvements and identify solutions
• Create project plan, timeline, scope, and team roles
• Provide directions and decisions to team members and stakeholders
• Oversee implementation to meet objectives, time and costs
• Develop mechanization/automation models for cost efficiency
• Coordinate with estate stakeholders to ensure trials run successfully
