Job summary

Vantage is seeking a dynamic Business Development Team Leader to lead and scale our local business development efforts in Indonesia. You will mentor a team, set KPIs, and drive revenue growth while expanding our network of clients and IBs in the market.

In this player-coach role, you will blend hands-on BD expertise with leadership to build a high-performing team that serves as the growth engine for the country, delivering measurable results in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in business development or sales within Forex/CFD, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Deep, established network within the local IB, affiliate, and trading community.
• Strong understanding of local regulatory environment related to sales and partnerships.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English and the local language; legal right to work.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Executives.
• Set clear KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and coach for high performance.
• Develop and execute local BD strategy to acquire new retail clients and expand IB/affiliate network.
• Build and maintain relationships with top-tier IBs, partners, and affiliates.
• Track and report on team performance, market trends, and revenue forecasts.
