Vantage is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our in-country team in Indonesia. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer, across diverse roles while aligning with business goals and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 1–3 years’ hands-on Talent Acquisition or Recruiter experience.
• Proven track record filling roles across functions in local market.
• Strong use of job portals and ATS systems.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Must have legal right to work in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales & persuasion ability to promote roles effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proactive, resourceful and discreet handling of information.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for assigned roles from posting to offer.
• Screening, interviewing and coordinating offers with stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Maintain ATS records and provide timely updates to managers.
• Build robust talent pipelines via multiple channels.
• Develop local market insights and salary benchmarks for hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the employer value proposition.
