PT. United Family Food is seeking a Head of Area to execute, monitor and improve sales strategy in the assigned area. The role requires a bachelor's degree and 2+ years in FMCG sales leadership.

You will visit clients to maintain relationships, report forecasts and pipelines, and strive to achieve sales targets. Placement areas include Kediri and nearby regions such as Jember, Probolinggo, Samarinda.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years as Head of Area or Sales Supervisor in FMCG.
• Proven Sales Track Record.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Execute, monitor and improve the area sales strategy.
• Maintain effective relationships by visiting clients.
• Provide routine sales reports (Forecast, Sales Pipeline, results).
• Achieve sales targets as set by the company.

• Execute, Monitor and Improve Company’s Sales Strategy in the Area
• Maintain effective relationship by visiting
• Provide a routine company sales reporting such Forecast, Sales Pipeline, Results of Sales
• Achieve Sales Target that has been agreed on and given by the company

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) of any field
• Experience in General Trade as Head of Area or Sales Supervisor in FMCG Industry minimum of 2 years
• Proven Sales Track Record
• Excellent in communication, negotiation, and data analysis
• Good in Microsoft Office
• Placement area: Kediri, Jember, Probolinggo, Samarinda
