Job summary

PT. United Family Food is a confectionery company seeking a Regional Account Supervisor to lead regional sales efforts and grow the business. You will build and maintain key client relationships and report results to the leadership team.

The ideal candidate has FMCG experience, at least 2 years in key account roles, strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable sales strategies across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Proven working experience as a Key Account Supervisor (MT) in FMCG for 2 years.
• Strong managerial, analytical & strategic thinking, negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in processing and analyzing data.

Responsibilities

• Execute, Monitor and Improve Company’s Sales Strategy in the Area.
• Maintain effective relationships by visiting clients.
• Provide routine company sales reporting such as Forecast, Sales Pipeline, and Results.
• Achieve sales targets as set by the company.
