Job summary

PT United Family Food is seeking a Head of Area to drive sales strategy in Kediri and surrounding areas. You will manage relationships with traders, monitor performance, and provide regular sales reports to optimize forecasts and results.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years in General Trade in an FMCG setting, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven sales record. Placement areas include Kediri, Jember, Probolinggo, and Samarinda.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Head of Area or Sales Supervisor in FMCG.
• Proven sales track record is essential.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and data analysis skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor and improve the area’s sales strategy.
• Maintain effective relationships by visiting customers in the area.
• Provide routine sales reports such as forecasts and pipeline.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.

1. Execute, Monitor and Improve Company’s Sales Strategy in the Area
2. Maintain effective relationship by visiting
3. Provide a routine company sales reporting such Forecast, Sales Pipeline, Results of Sales
4. Achieve Sales Target that has been agreed on and given by the company

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) of any field
