Job summary

Techconnect.id seeks a seasoned Head of Accounting & Tax to lead the function across 13 local entities and 23 offshore entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial and tax reporting.

You will supervise a team of 5, directing workload between accounting and tax matters, and own the audit process with external auditors to meet regulatory deadlines. Deep Indonesian tax knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Must oversee regulatory reporting to OJK across multiple entities.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and corporate tax, VAT, withholding tax.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting & tax function across 13 local and 23 offshore entities.
• Direct and develop a team of 5 (2 Managers, 3 Staff) in accounting and tax.
• Own the audit process with external auditors to meet deadlines and Kemenkumham requirements.
• Coordinate consolidated financial statements for group structures and subsidiaries.
• Be the main contact with regulators, tax advisors, and auditors on accounting and tax matters.
