Role Description

The Head Customer Relations is responsible for overseeing all aspects of client experience and service quality at the clinic. This full-time, on-site role in Bandung involves managing front-desk and customer service teams, handling escalated client concerns, and ensuring smooth appointment scheduling and follow-up. The person in this role will develop and implement customer service standards, monitor satisfaction and feedback, and coordinate with medical and administrative staff to resolve issues quickly. They will maintain accurate client communication records, supervise training for customer-facing staff, and support promotional activities and client engagement initiatives. The Head Customer Relations will also prepare regular reports on service performance and recommend improvements to enhance client loyalty and retention.
