Courtyard by Marriott Nusa Lembongan Bali Resort is seeking a seasoned Kitchen Manager to lead daily kitchen operations, drive culinary excellence, and manage staff to deliver high-quality guest experiences. This role emphasizes sanitation, budget adherence, and menu development within a resort context.

You will supervise cooks, coordinate shifts, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and mentor team members to achieve guest satisfaction and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 4 years in culinary, F&B, or related area.
• Or a 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel & Restaurant Management, with 2 years in culinary/F&B.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks foods of all types for daily operations and events.
• Reviews and adjusts kitchen systems and procedures for effectiveness.
• Develops menus and recipes based on standards.
• Ensures sanitation, food safety, and compliance with brand standards.
• Supervises kitchen shift operations and maintains standards.
• Estimates daily production needs and directs staff accordingly.
• Maintains purchasing, receiving, and storage standards.
