Job summary

Courtyard Nusa Lembongan Bali Resort, opening Q1 2027, seeks a seasoned Food & Beverage leader to oversee culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations on Bali’s Nusa Lembongan island. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure brand standards, and deliver a compelling dining and service program.

The role requires managing budgets, staff development and a proactive service culture to meet financial goals and guest expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years F&B or related experience.
• 2-year degree with 2 years F&B experience in food service management or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans for F&B departments.
• Oversees all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations.
• Provides leadership and coaching to the F&B team to maintain service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Ensures adherence to brand service culture and regulatory requirements.
