Job summary

We’re currently preparing an exciting new F&B concept in South Jakarta and looking for a Head Bar to join our opening team as soon as possible.

We’re seeking a hands-on leader with strong bar operations experience, coffee and beverage knowledge, and a passion for developing recipes, costing, and quality standards to ensure consistent service and product excellence.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on and comfortable working in an opening environment.
• Strong leadership and team-training skills.
• Understands product consistency, efficiency, and operational standards.
• Able to lead and develop the bar team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bar operations and oversee opening activities.
• Develop coffee & beverage programs including recipes and costing.
• Standardize recipes and ensure quality control.
