Job summary

Segno Bar Bali is seeking an experienced Head Bartender to lead our bar team, oversee daily operations, and ensure exceptional beverage quality and guest experiences.

You will oversee the cocktail program, manage inventory, train staff, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment on Bali's beachfront.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of bartending experience with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and modern bar operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
