The ideal candidate has 3+ years as Head Barista, relevant barista training, and a deep knowledge of coffee, brewing, and service. This role emphasizes strong leadership, customer focus, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Barista.
• Barista certification or relevant professional training.
• Deep understanding of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and beverage service methods.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop a team.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
