Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industry in Bandung seeks an HC HO Operation & Employee Relation specialist to manage end-to-end employee administration, including onboarding paperwork, BPJS, and medical claims, and to handle the complete exit administration process for resigned staff. You will support internal employee relations initiatives to maintain a positive workplace culture.

A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, HRM, or Industrial Engineering and at least 3 years in HR

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, employee administration, or employee relations.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, BPJS administration, and offboarding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle core HR administrative tasks, including processing new hire documentation and maintaining personnel records.
• Manage BPJS, medical claims, and end-to-end joining process; oversee exit clearance and offboarding for resigned employees.
• Support planning and execution of internal employee engagement initiatives and relations programs to maintain a positive corporate culture.

As part of the HC HO Operation & Employee Relation team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end employee administration—including onboarding paperwork, BPJS, and medical claims—as well as handling the complete exit administration process for resigned employees. About the Role

As part of the HC HO Operation & Employee Relation team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end employee administration—including onboarding paperwork, BPJS, and medical claims—as well as handling the complete exit administration process for resigned employees. Additionally, you will support internal employee relations activities to maintain a positive and harmonious workplace environment.

In this role, you will get to

• Employee Administration: Handle core HR administrative tasks, including processing new hire documentation, maintaining personnel records, and managing the end-to-end joining process.
• Benefits, Claims & Exit Management: Oversee employee benefits administration (BPJS and medical claims) alongside managing the complete exit clearance and offboarding administration for resigned employees.
• Employee Relations Activities: Support the planning and execution of internal employee engagement initiatives, communications, and relations programs to maintain a positive corporate culture.

What you will Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, employee administration, or employee relations.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, BPJS administration, and offboarding/resignation procedures.
• High attention to detail, strong administrative skills, and high integrity in handling confidential employee records.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage employee relations.
