Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industry is seeking a passionate Retail HCBP Officer to join its Human Capital team, focusing on Jabodetabek HR operations and ensuring smooth end-to-end processes that support business growth and employee engagement.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, development, HR administration, and offboarding, partnering with retail leaders to meet manpower needs and foster an engaging workplace across Indonesia. Relocation to Jakarta is possible as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or as an HR Business Partner, preferably in retail.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and labor law implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor HR operational activities across all retail locations in the Jabodetabek.
• Handle the complete employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, HR administration, and termination. Collaborate with retail leaders to identify and fulfill manpower needs in a timely manner.
• Support employee engagement and development initiatives to strengthen the experiential culture.
• Maintain HR data accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Provide consultation and support on employee relations, performance, and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate with central HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency in HR program implementation.
