Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industry in Bandung seeks an HC HO Operation & Employee Relation specialist to manage end-to-end employee administration, including onboarding paperwork, BPJS, and medical claims, and to handle the complete exit administration process for resigned staff. You will support internal employee relations initiatives to maintain a positive workplace culture.

A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, HRM, or Industrial Engineering and at least 3 years in HR

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, employee administration, or employee relations.
Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, BPJS administration, and offboarding procedures.

Responsibilities

Handle core HR administrative tasks, including processing new hire documentation and maintaining personnel records.
Manage BPJS, medical claims, and end-to-end joining process; oversee exit clearance and offboarding for resigned employees.
Support planning and execution of internal employee engagement initiatives and relations programs to maintain a positive corporate culture.
