Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is an integrated cargo transportation and logistics company. The HR department is seeking a Payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll processing, maintain employment data, and prepare payroll reports.

You will coordinate recruitment and training activities while handling contracts and HR documentation with integrity and discretion. With responsibility for HCIS and General Affairs alignment, you will coach a small team and ensure accurate, compliant payroll operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of payroll administration and HR processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience using a Human Capital Information System (HCIS).
• High level of integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accurate payroll execution.
• Prepare payroll reports and maintain employment-related data and documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment and training activities with relevant stakeholders.
• Administer employment contracts and other HR-related documentation.
• Manage HC & GA vendors in accordance with company procedures.
• Oversee General Affairs operations and administrative activities.
• Supervise, coach, and support team members to drive performance and development.
