Job summary

PetroSea is seeking an experienced delivery truck operations lead in Kalimantan Tengah to manage and operate our semi-tractor trailer fleet, perform routine maintenance, and ensure safe, on-time deliveries. You will oversee loading/unloading, maintain SHE practices, and communicate delays to dispatchers, with a focus on compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3, and SMKP.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in related work, with strong leadership and English language

Responsibilities

• Operate semi-tractor trailer for OTR drop and hook services.
• Perform pre-departure truck inspections to ensure good running order.
• Supervise loading/unloading and obtain client signatures.
• Communicate delays due to road conditions, accidents, or breakdowns to dispatchers.
• Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility including IS0 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

Manage and operate the delivery truck performance and carry out routine daily maintenance on vehicles, involving conducting emergency roadside repairs, replacing light bulbs, and delivering items like sand, building materials, and other goods for clients or as a construction company, making sure that everything is in good working condition.

Manage and execute standard operations of a semi-tractor trailer for OTR drop and hook services. Standard operations are well managed and executed.

Performing prescribed truck inspections before departure to ensure good running order. Good running orders run well.

Supervising the loading and unloading of freight, and obtaining the client's signature on delivery. The process of loading and unloading is carried out well.

Communicating any delays due to road conditions, accidents, or breakdowns to dispatchers. Delays are well-communicated.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained
