Bobobox Gunung Mas, Puncak, Indonesia, is seeking a friendly front office/housekeeping associate to greet guests and verify reservations in the PMS system. You will ensure correct ID handling and complete registration forms, following the Cabin Branch instructions with responsibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Housekeeping or Front Office at a hotel/resort.
• Willing to work on shift schedules and outside hours if needed.
• Neat appearance and well groomed.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and inquire about reservations in a proper manner.
• Check and confirm the guest's reservation into the PMS system.
• Ask for the guest's ID Card and ensure the registration form is filled correctly.
• Follow Cabin Branch instructions and be responsible for duties as assigned.
• Lead on cleanliness and tidiness of the Bobobox Branch (pods and public area).
• Ensure stock of cleaning kits and trolleys is loaded.
