Job summary

Bobobox Bunaken Hills, Manado, North Sulawesi seeks a service-oriented team member for Housekeeping/Front Office. You will greet guests, verify reservations in the PMS, and ensure forms and IDs are correctly handled.

You will lead cleanliness of pods and public areas, manage cleaning stock, and be flexible to work shifts and urgent matters. Neat appearance and good grooming are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Housekeeping / Front Office at a hotel or resort (min 1 year).
• Willing to work on shift schedules.
• Willing to work outside normal hours for urgent matters.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and verify reservations in the PMS.
• Request and check guest IDs; ensure form is filled correctly.
• Lead cleanliness and tidiness of Bobobox Branch (pods & public areas).
• Ensure stock of cleaning kits and trolley is loaded.
