Job summary

Bobobox is looking for an enthusiastic housekeeping/front office associate to join our Dieng branch. The role supports guest greeting, reservation verification in the PMS, and registration completion while upholding cleanliness and order in pods and public areas.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant hotel experience, be willing to work shifts, and maintain a neat appearance. Placement: Bobocabin Dieng, Batang.

Qualifications

• Experience in Housekeeping or Front Office in hotel/resort for at least 1 year.
• Willing to work on shift.
• Willing to work outside schedule for urgent matters.
• Neat appearance and well groomed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and inquire about reservations politely.
• Check and confirm guest reservations into the PMS system.
• Ask for guest ID Card and ensure registration form is filled correctly.
• Perform tasks as instructed by the Cabin Branch.
• Lead cleanliness and tidiness of Bobobox Branch (pods and public area).
• Ensure stock of cleaning kits and trolleys is loaded.
