Bobobox is seeking a hospitality associate for Solo to handle front desk and housekeeping duties at the Bobobox Slamet Riyadi branch. You will greet guests, verify reservations in the PMS system, collect IDs, and ensure registration forms are completed accurately.

You will also supervise cleanliness and stock of cleaning supplies. The role requires at least 1 year in a hotel or resort housekeeping/front office, a willingness to work shifts, and a neat, well-groomed appearance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in Housekeeping/Front Office at a hotel/resort.
• Willing to work on the shift schedule.
• Willing to work outside time schedule for urgent matters.
• Neat appearance and well groomed.
• Placement: Bobobox Slamet Riyadi, Solo.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests and inquire about reservations in a proper manner.
• Check and confirm guest reservations in the PMS system.
• Request guest IDs and ensure registration forms are filled correctly.
• Follow instructions from the Branch Leader.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the Bobobox Branch (pod and public area).
• Ensure stock of cleaning kits and trolley is loaded.
