Bobobox is seeking a hospitality associate for Bobocabin Gunung Rinjani, Sembalun. You will greet guests, check reservations in the PMS, collect IDs, and ensure proper registration. You will lead cleanliness of pods and public areas and maintain stock of cleaning items. Flexibility to work shifts and urgent needs is required.

Formación

• Min 1 year housekeeping/front office experience in a hotel/resort.
• Willing to work on the shift schedule.
• Willing to work outside time schedule for urgent matters.
• Neat appearance and well groomed.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and confirm reservations in the PMS system.
• Ask for guest ID and ensure registration form is filled correctly.
• Lead cleanliness and tidiness of the Bobobox Branch (pods and public area).
• Ensure stock of cleaning kits and trolley is loaded.
