The Guest Relations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Tangerang Selatan. This role involves welcoming visitors and parents in a friendly and professional manner, handling enquiries about school programs, policies, events, school payment, and other school information, and managing admission enquiries to support prospective parents through the enrolment process.

Key responsibilities

Welcome visitors and parents in a friendly and professional manner

Handle enquiries about school programs, policies, events, school payment, and other school information

Manage admission enquiries and assist prospective parents from the first enquiry until the enrolment process is completed

Support school tours, admission meetings, and other admission-related activities

Communicate clearly and professionally with parents, children, visitors, and school staff

Explain school programs and support the enrolment process

Use basic office software, email, and calendar applications

About you

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Diploma (D4), preferably in Hospitality, or Customer Service or a related field.

Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to welcome visitors, address inquiries, and ensure a positive experience.

Attractive, look presentable and professional with a friendly and welcoming manner

Previous experience in front desk, reception, admission, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage

Basic sales skills to explain school programs and assist the enrolment process

Able to use basic office software, email, and calendar applications

Well-organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Able to manage multiple tasks

Fluent in the local language; English communication skills are an advantage
