Green School Bali is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR tasks across recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations in a vibrant international school setting.

Green School Bali is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to help us nurture our most valuable asset—our people. In this broad and impactful role, you will champion the entire employee lifecycle, juggling everything from international recruitment and staff welfare to critical safeguarding training.
Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. You will act as the first line of defense in our safer recruitment policy to ensure the highest child protection standards.
Identify training needs, manage development budgets, and coordinate professional growth opportunities for our diverse staff.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace through employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives. You will also promote compliance with employment laws and school policies while supporting positive employee relations across the school.
Coordinate the annual performance management cycle. You will partner with managers and employees to ensure a consistent, fair, and meaningful performance review process.
Oversee personnel administration and HR systems. You will ensure employee records, HR data, and documentation are accurate, compliant, and support informed decision‑making.
Partner with HR Manager in delivering strategic HR initiatives, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring HR practices align with organizational goals.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in an end-to-end HR Generalist role. Prior experience wearing many hats in an international school or similar diverse setting is highly preferred.
A strong, practical understanding of Indonesian employment laws and HR best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across all levels of an organization. Proficient in HRIS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
High integrity, adaptability, and the ability to seamlessly shift between different HR priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
