Sana Group in Bali is looking for a Guest Relation Officer (GRO) to be the first smiling face guests see and to help ensure a welcoming, energetic atmosphere in our restaurant. You will greet guests, assist with seating, and handle requests with a confident, friendly attitude.

Ideal candidates are cheerful, presentable, and comfortable engaging with diverse guests. Good English is a strong plus, with a focus on delivering outstanding hospitality in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Good English communication skills highly preferred, especially with international guests.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to remain friendly and professional in a busy restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly, confidently, and professionally.
• Create a friendly, positive, and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Engage and build good relationships with local and international customers.
• Assist guests with seating, information, requests, and other needs.
• Communicate guest requests and feedback to the relevant team.
• Support the Floor team to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Handle guest questions and requests with a positive and professional attitude.
• Represent the restaurant and maintain excellent hospitality standards.
