Qualifications

• Indonesian citizen
• Fluent in Russian (spoken & written)

• Has minimum 2 years experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and multitasking ability
• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Maintain LQA audit results at 85% and above
• Maintain CSS results with an average rating of 5 or above
• Promote hotel and outlets to guests
• Minimize guest complaints and follow up efficiently, report to Operations
• Provide reception support in case of immediate need
