Qualifications

• Indonesian citizen fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written).

• Minimum 2 years in hospitality or customer service.

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve LQA audit results of 85% and above.
• Maintain CSS results of 5 and above.
• Promote hotel and outlets to guests and partners.
• Minimize guest complaints and report to Operations when needed.
• Assist with reception duties in case of immediate need.
