Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Guest Relations, Host/Hostess, Waitress, or a similar role.
• Excellent guest engagement and communication skills.
• Confident and friendly when interacting with local and international guests.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Able to build rapport and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service and guest handling.
• Professional, positive attitude, and excellent hospitality mindset.
• Able to handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Domiciled in Bali is preferred.
